IChemE accredit Musk Graduate Engineer Training and Development Programme
A key part of Musk’s comprehensive range of Full Turnkey Process Engineering services, relies on the professionalism and expertise of our engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Control, and Software disciplines. As part of Musk’s ongoing commitment to training and development of our current and future engineers, Musk have recently been through a rigorous audit of our Graduate Chemical Engineering development programme against the requirements of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) for Graduate Membership and Chartership.
It is a great recognition of the scope and rigour of Musk’s development and training, that we now have a fully Accredited Company Training Scheme by the IChemE. This accreditation has been sponsored by Keith Watson (Musk’s Business Development Manager and himself MIChemE CEngIChemE ) and he has been very capably supported by Kalita Patel, one of Musk’s Graduate Chemical Engineers who is working towards her own chartered status.
The IChemE Scheme is only part of Musk’s ongoing commitment to develop the next generation of highly skilled craft tradesmen and engineers. Musk continues to run its successful accredited craft and technical apprenticeships with 4 new apprentices starting their first year this month. Musk currently sponsors 4 young employees through their Engineering Bachelor and Masters level degree studies and significantly invests in ongoing vocational and skills training across the entire Musk team. Every member of staff has an individual training and development plan which is reviewed on a regular basis.
Musk’s ongoing growth and success is underpinned by our people who are recognised for their integrity, professionalism and expertise throughout our Process Industry customers.
