Musk employees recognised for achievements at the WT Parker Group State of the Nation 2017
Sean Smyth (WT Parker Group CEO) hosted the annual State of the Nation (a review of the year and 2017 Recognition Awards) at the I-Pro Stadium, Derby just prior to Christmas. The day was a great event giving the opportunity to celebrate another successful year for the Group with over 170 members of staff from WT Parker Ltd’s Burton, Cambridge, North West and Grantham offices, Seymore & Castle and Musk Engineering in attendance for the presentations and a chance to celebrate and socialise over a Christmas Lunch.
Musk Engineering again secured the WT Parker Group Project of the Year Award (3rd year in succession), with Andy Richardson this year rightly being recognised for the excellent Phase 1 Ashland project. Andy was Senior Project Manager on that project which, together with the rest of the Musk team, delivered a highly sophisticated technical process project to a Chemical sector client which also led to securing Phase 2 for Musk.
Among the 6 Long Service Awards presented on the day, Dale Talbot (left) and Ady Pickess (right) both picked-up their 25 Year Service Awards. Dale is one of the Musk long-serving skilled tradesmen who provide the bedrock of Musk’s manufacturing and installation service. Ady has been a Musk Board Director for many years and has played a large part in the ongoing growth and success of the business. Congratulations to both!!!
