Quality of customers’ satisfaction is our main priority
This is obtained by providing services that meet their needs, attaining high standards of reliability, customer services and paying constant attention to customer care. Customer satisfaction surveys are an important means of feedback and completed at the end of projects, a database of technical training is maintained for our skilled workforce, and updated as changes occur such as BS 7671:2008 (2011).
WT Parker Group has earned a reputation for quality service and craftsmanship and we take pride in the training and capability of our workforce, we have held a recognised quality standard since 1991 and been accredited to all the changing standards since.
We are registered with the BSI to standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008, all aspects of the business are subject to an annual assessment from BSI inspectors to ensure compliance to the current standard and demonstration of continuous improvement.
The scope of the registration covers all aspects of the business including Pandelco and all site works, five audits are carried out annually across the company and a number of internal audits completed under the standard.
All works are completed in accordance with current ISO standards, therefore we subscribe to the BSI plus scheme, so any updated documentation is automatically issued, and we maintain a technical document register and database which is updated following revisions or when new standards are produced. The database is accessible on the shared drive for staff to search and print off, plus a library of IEE regulations.
